Our program is based on the 12 Steps
Integrated with physical, social, spiritual
and psychological exercises that come
together to heal the whole person. There are
variations depending on individual therapy
Yes we have gym time! Every afternoon
depending on job and therapy schedules.
On weekends we have group activities—
sports, barbeques, ropes course games,
movies, bowling, hiking—you name it!
We involve family members and
significant others who will be important
post-treatment. Weekly communication, in
person or via phone, family education and progress updates help rebuild and strengthen bonds with loved ones.
